POLLO ALLA LUCIANO
Breast of chicken layered with imported ham, fresh basil, garlic, & Italian herbs with fresh mozzarella cheese & beefsteak tomato. Served over angel hair pasta tossed in a garlic & marinara sauce & drizzled with extra virgin olive oil & Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese.
BAKED STUFFED FILET OF SOLE
Filet of sole stuffed with our famous seafood stuffing. Finished with mornay sauce & served with mashed potatoes.

Wide egg-noodle pasta simmered in our signature Bolognese sauce made with ground veal, beef, sweet Italian sausage, red wine, carrots, fresh garlic & onions. Finished with Pecorino di Pienza cheese.
RIGATONI PRIMAVERA
Large tube pasta sautéed with sliced asparagus, mushrooms, Paccino tomatoes, & artichokes and finished with garlic & oil.
CHICKEN BREAST CACCIATORE
Sautéed chicken breast with peppers, onions, mushrooms and black olives in a marinara sauce. Served over angel hair pasta.
CHICKEN SCARPIELLO
Floured chicken breast sautéed with sweet Italian sausage, bell peppers,onions and roasted potatoes in a white Balsalmic Demi glaze sauce.
BUCATINI ALLA MATRICIANA
Homemade bucatini pasta sautéed with pancetta, shallots, and onions in a zesty marinara sauce.

MEET THE CHEF
Luciano Canova
Chef Luciano Canova was born in 1949, on a small farm just outside of Rome, Italy. Chef Luciano grew up with his parents & grandparents where good food was always the staple that kept his family together. His passion for food was instilled in him as a small child in his home, and led him to attend the prestigious Culinary Institute of Italy. After graduating, Luciano worked all around the world perfecting his craft in places like Switzerland, Germany and on a luxury cruise line. Luciano’s passion has always been for food and people, and he always dreamed of opening authentic Italian Trattorias after moving to the US.
